Virtual Office Yoga

Are your shoulders bothering you from being over the computer? Do your low back and hips ache from sitting all day? I’m teaching a 20 minute office yoga class designed to address the wide array of musculoskeletal concerns—from the neck and shoulder tension of desk work to the high-impact strains of working on your feet. I will teach you easy, accessible moves to practice at your home, work desk or office. No need to change your clothes, by the time you’re done, you’ll feel refreshed, energized and ready to take on the rest of the day.
